its not that im afraid of sharing, dont get me wrong, but i work night no matter where i go, so staying in a hostel kinda sucks when it comes to sleeping times. ( i know, i tried it in melbourne, i feel so sorry for the poor guy who shared my room!)
do most hostels have a private room for long term rent ie monthly??
or do people really not mind getting woken up to a drunk dancer coming home from a night at work?!lol

Yeah, I think omisan is right on that one...but no, most of the time you don't find private rooms in hostels.

what exactly are you looking for? How long are you staying?? You might be better off renting a room in somebody's house or renting an apartment.
