There's a music fest called BoB (Bath Oakland Bremen) in August and I am amazed at how much trouble I am having finding a place to stay! If I find anything, I'll let you know.
Hey Missk8, there is a hostel listed in Bremen through the search engine. You may have to change the dates to the exact dates you will be there.
Prices seem a bit high (if you stayed in a 4-bed dorm it would be $35 a bed), but better to have a place to sleep rather than no bed at all !
