I am going to Crete, finally , in Aug., and it just so happens that I will be landing in Athens duing the Olympics, so, figured I would stay a few days. Does anyone know of B&B type accomadations? I don't want to pay the skyrocketed prices for hotels and hostels are all booked. Any advice or recommendations would be great. Thanks

I am pretty sure most accomodations, especially the cheap ones, are already taken in Athens during the Olympics.

Thanks, still looking though,did find a service that for a "fee' they find you a room, no guarantees they find one and no monye back. Considered sleeping in a car for 3 days before flying to Crete, may be a bit dangerous for a girl, so I don't know yet.
