Hey everyone, tihs is my first post here!
I am planning a trip this summer, and one of the things that stresses me the most concerns my back. I used to have small backaches in the past but now i'm okay. I am still afraid that these might come back during my trip, since I will have an heavy bag and a tent with me all the time. I am also rather small and not heavy at all.
If someone has any tips for me, concerning strechting I could do everyday, creams, pills or anything to prevent
and heal backaches, they are more than welcome! I am sure this can help others too.
