Anyone ever invested in one of these Security Webs?

The lady who works at the outdoor store I shop at suggested this. I kinda thought twice about buying it and wanted to get some input from the board.

They run from about $60-80 CAD

Thanks!

I really like this product, I saw it a few months back and I saw it again at the Outdoor Life show here in Toronto...Its got a bit too much weight though, I got to hold it a feel how much it weighed...here is the link to see what others thought of it...Pac Safe

Thanks for the link CD!

I thought I remembered reading about it somewhere on here, I couldn't find the thread though

...just like everyone else, the last thing i want to happen when im travelling is to have anything stolen.

My thoughts are that just try and not make my stuff look appealling or different from all the other packs that will be lying around, to be as inconspicuous as possible.

Like CD said, the weight would be one thing to be aware of, and i would just think that maybe having that on you pac may draw unwanted attention to it.

But, also, i would have to agree that if i was a backpack theif, if i saw that on a bag, the last thing i could be bothered doing would be trying to get in through all that mesh.

Soo, yeah, could be a good thing, just not for me is all.

...and if you can make any sense out of this post, your doing better than me.
