excercising while on a trip
the last few months ive become a right health nut and have been caining it down the jim every other day as well as cycling many miles each day and training for longer bike races in summer. im off to asia again at end of july - and ive always been healthy out there compared to how i used to be, but now i cant see how i will maintain this level of health and discipline. i cant go to a gym as i wont be anywhere for long, swimming is good but i wont be spending much time by the sea and obviously my bike isnt coming with me and its far too hot and the drivers are mental so cycling isnt much an option (although im gonna rent one when exploring angkor wat)
what do you all do to keep fit on holiday? especailly in a very hot climate. im asthmatic and the heat does get to my lungs after a while. also as a vegan i never eat out, not in the last year, only i cook for myself and i eat very well, im beginning to realise this wont be so easy when im in more remote parts where there is not much healthy choices.
