Again, where are you? That's a huge determining factor. You can find them everywhere if you look around a bit.

The only time I've ever considered using one was on a plane.

Well I made my own but you can often get them around the pajama section of stores or so. Check how strong they are by putting them on and looking straight at a light. If you can't see anything, they are good enough! They definetely come in handy for sleeping at airports. I use mine everynight. I've sort of trained my body that when I put it on, it is time to go to sleep. The downside is that now I can't sleep without them! That's creeped a few guys out...I think when I'm done travelling I'll have to wean myself off again.
