I don't think you'll have any problem in Europe, provided you take the prescription for ALL your medicine, and keep everything in their original box/pack/bottle. It'll be a lot easier for them to check out, and if you have your prescriptions they really can't do anything about it. Also, to save you the hassle, take to the airplane only the medicine that you deffinitely have to take on the flight, nothing more.
