Never used it but a few of the travel guides I've read recommend it.
I'd say you'd be okay with just this insurance though depending how long your traveling, where and how healthy you are.
For instance the emergency evacuation is a little low if you were in some remote rain forest. Call up the customer service number....if anything they may give you more coverage if you mention switching to another company.
