hellllllooooo travel punkers.... this is my first time on here and i think that it is an amazing website and so very helpful. i am a young (18) female who is looking to travel through london and surrounding area this coming fall (september-ish as i heard there are less tourists). i am just very very nervous to actually book the flight because i am worried that somethign will happen while i am away from home (canada). i was wondering if anyone else was going to be in the london are during september of this year, and also if anyone has been in london for about a month of sight seeing and doing the backacking deal, how much it cost. since i am not capable of geting a travel visa or anythign like that im working my buns off to try and have enough cash to have a good time there. another q of mine is what the "legal age" is in the UK.
in canada it's 19, but i have searched through the website and i cannot find anywhere that states the leagalities. since this is my first trip alone (backpacking.. ive been to mexico for 3 weeks but it was all hotels and fine foods) if anyone can offer some much needed advice for this backpacking newcomer it would be greatly appreciated.. or if you are going to be in the london area hit me up with an email :
