Hey, im going to Spain, Morrococo, and Greece for a few months. Will I be alright with my mohawk, or should I shave it. I dont want them to think Im an American?? Do Europeans have them?? Nor do I want them to think im a nazi??? Its pretty short and not colored or anything.

ha ha you will be grand you may get stared at a little if you go to some little village but it will be fine. If you are going in the summer i would suggest shaving it all off a number one of sorts...

Mohawks are common in Europe. Not huge ones but a good number of poeple in Germany for sure wear them. Spain and Italy, mulets are back. If you had a a mohawk you wouldn-t be immediatly thought of as American.

Two words:
Liberty Spikes.
I had 6" spikes many many years ago... wish I could get away with growing them back...

I got into an argument with 6 europeans over what they are called.
They kept calling them Iroquios. I said "No, they are called Mohawks because the were the hair style of Mohawken warriors." Man what a dumb argument.

hehehe I treasure my photos from edinburgh when me mate and I got bored so we secretly shot all the mohawks we ran across. hehe. It was definitely most excellent. I like them better than the boring old shots of the castle I took.

Sweetie, people will by and large be very nice to you and especially in morocco will tell you all about their brother/sister/cousin/aunt/uncle/friend of a friend of a friend who lives in someplace you've never even been to in the states and then ask you if you know them. Mostly people are very nice and recognize the difference between American Government and American people. Just be your very cool, adaptable, curious self and you'll get on alright. In morocco people you dont even know (shopkeepers, waiters, drivers etc) might ask you to their house for tea. I guess its pretty normal to be suspicious of that, and I might not go if I were all alone, but they genuinely want to show you hospitality in their country and hear all about America. Some of my best memories from morocco were impromptu teas like that. Its kind of rude to refuse, and when you're there its pretty rude to refuse food. Cram it all in. Have the best of the best time, and be proud to be an American. Most people will give you props for carrying your head high rather than pretending not to be something you are. Whew thats a rant. Sorry.
