Personally, I would go for Lebanon and Jordan. You've done Cuba. It was great, you loved it, and umm...loved other stuff too, but at the end of the day, you've done it.
Do something new. Somewhere where you can get new memories from. Do go back just yet to an old memory place.
But at the end of the day, it's up to you.
And as for safety issues at Jordan and Lebanon, as long as you keep to the rules over there, like, don't go to that part of town, or down a certain road etc, you'll be fine!!!

I voted for Miss Jordan over Miss Cuba...oops, wrong thread, here...or is it?

Anyway, if you are worried about too much area to cover, narrow it down to Jordan. Gorgeous country, friendly people, amazing history...oh, and NEW country -- ding! ding!

Seriously, CD, either one will be wonderful, I'm sure. I think my September vacation is going to get emasculated...sounds painful, doesn't it? I have something going here in town on the first weekend of it, and then the following weekend is the Vegas Tpunk get-together (which I want to attend). So, my plans are for a patented, WWM 3-5 day stay in some lucky country in Central or South America. Somewhere I haven't been before (which narrows the list in Central America, but leaves nearly everything open in South America).

Oh...wait a minute...this thread was supposed to about YOU, CD...oops!

^ They showed some clips from the Iraqi media like Aljazeera last night - and I gotta say - I was a bit surprised at how good-looking some of the Iraqi anchorwomen were! Well, they definitely know the key to boosting their ratings...

to me, the most beautiful women are: middle eastern (esp. afghani) and japanese. i love the cute/elf like looks of the japanese - and the smoky 'i look like i'm wearing eye make up and lipstick, but i'm not' look of the middle easterns... lookin' good ladies!

I think when Vegas rolls around, we'll have to put Sijuki and Joanie in a ring and strap the gloves on...

Hmmm...that'd be an interesting matchup: Ninja Joanie vs. the Motor City Madman...

CD - go to the Middle East, just be really watchful. It's the opportunity of a lifetime and your soul is calling you there.

Cuba - your soul is already there, since you fell in love with it, you've never left, and you will always go back, it's so easy from Canada too...
