Through out your travels you will meet many, many people. Some will be locals, and some will be from other countries, but regardless they will be people you will want to keep in touch with after you return home. Oviously email is the best way for this to happen, a friendly note to say hello, a card for Christmas or Birthday, or an unexpected phone call is something you should do.
