Hi there

I have just recently got my International Drivers license, as advised by Camp America, which is what i am doing thsi summer.

I am just a little unsure as to what it means. Does it means i am able to drive in the USA? even though their cars are totally different? or do they have UK type cars too...i am thinking of those cars that have the stick shift thingy as gears.

Or is it just a form of ID or something...im just a bit confused. does anyone know much about these?

Thanks

I am sure that you can use it to drive here. Since I could use it to drive in Europe from the US.

As far as UK style cars... I'm not sure what you mean. Besides having the steering wheel on the opposite side, they are cars like any other. If you are referring to a manual transmission... we have those and automatic transmissions. Although due to the fact most people in the U.S. don't know how to focus on driving, Automatic transmissions are much more prevelent.
