Just wondering what everyone thought of travel insurance. Do you need it or is it just a good idea? Has anyone ever had to use it?

are we talking about travel insurance for the plane tickets and luggage and crap or about travel health insurance? Cause i got the travel insurance and I am debating on the health insurance........

Dear god, get insurence..if ANYTHING medical happens to you with out, you will have to pay cash for it, and unless you carry a wicked ass credit card you might be putting yourself or loved ones at risk of shelling out tons and tons of $$$
