jessevolver, Great to have ya!!!!
not really sure on a pack is the Eagle Creek Continental Journey anygood?
All this talk about packs lately, I went and checked mine to see how it rated...and I found nothing? not a thing..its a north49 and its ok...except the zipper broke on the daypack when I was away in sept??? I guess its one of the "no name brands"
It did the trick, and 100$ for an 80L pack, I was not about to complain...Eagle Creek seems to be an idutry heavy weight, I would put $$$ that that will be a great pack, but wait until some who knows better to let you know.
is it better to check or just carry on my pack just wondering?
You will have to check your bag when you fly over, most of packs are to large, some even need to be checked in as oversized..like when I flew home from Belfast...
I was thinking about fall or winter.
I really want to do a fall or winter trip over seas, prices are cheaper, there are less crowds, and you will prob get more contact with local folks when you are out and about. Your flight should be cheaper as well, summer time is so busy in Europe with all the tourists, from backpacks to seniors tours, I will not go in the Summer again, fall or winter will be my next jump over the pond.
thanks for all the help
No Prob!
