i think i should get insurance, but what company should i use? i was going to use the link on this site, but reading though the policy it looked like it said "the policy is only good if you haven't reached your 16th birthday before you leave"... did i read that right... cause 1.25 a day is great...

Is travel insurance really necessary? I going to be travelling by train and a staying is hostels while I'm in Italy France and Spain, so what do you think? Should I get some?

I have the negative insurance is like gambling attitude. I haven't even had car insurance in 2 years (not illegal in WI) and never needed it (although my car has been left with my mom and she put insurance on it ). I know, better safe than sorry, but I figure, I'll just suck it up if something bad (and it has) happens.
