Im interested in hearing from anyone who has done a cycling trip before for about a month (or longer). General info such as where, how long, distanced travelled per day, rest days compared to cycling days etc. Also keen to know your cycling program for the trip preparation and any info on equipment such as panniers knicks etc.

I may have my next idea!
