Well, the closest option would be to take the Eurostar to either Paris or Brussells, as you'll end up in a central train station right there, but it's not always cheap - check out their web site for specials, etc. If that's too expensive, then you can catch an EasyJet or BMI flight out of Heathrow (I'm assuming you're getting in there) to just about any continental country and start using your Eurail there.
Oh yeah - Eurostar has a passholder discount, so if you've got your Eurailpass with you, you're set!
