Hey all; I dont if any of you have seen these or used these; but my mom just got me a collapsable laundry basket for europe! It is made of mesh and wire and a lot like the foldup tents there are. When its folded up, its about the size of a portable CD player and it has its own little attached pouch too! When its opened its big enough for about two loads of laundry! I'm sure most ppl arent bringing that much, but I think it will be very useful. I'd tell you guys where she got it, but it was from a flea market store in Naples, FL so I dunno where else to get them. I think it will be totally handy for me though and if you havent heard of them before, you may want to pick one up!

I have one of those for school, you can buy them at just about any large "Target-like" store. I think I got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond. I like the size and it could be useful. The only thing I would say is that I couldn't figure out how to fold it back up (I needed to bring it back to school in a VERY full bag) and neither could the 3 other people who tried. I would make sure you know how to do that before you take up the space in your pack!

But I'm sure you would all be much better at figuring it out than we were.

The way that I figured out how to do it is that when you flatten it, then you twist it until it curls into a little circle again. I hope that makes sense and is helpful!
