Hey everyone. I wanted to impart a little piece of advice I learned about a year ago while traveling. I started in Vegas in worked my way further west until I reached Alaska. I actually traveled and worked for a year. I was able to save money by one working at each place, and 2 using Megabus to get from place to place. I first thought of Megabus when I found this link that gave me cash back on my tickets. It has been extremely helpful for me so I wanted to pass it on.
I've used megabus before, from Los Angeles to Vegas and it was about $10 or so. Ride was comfortable and buses were clean and spacious double deckers.
5% cashback at this price is about .50 cents so it's not that big of a deal to use the link from studentrate.com, but it's good to know you have options.
Megabus also has many trips for $1.00. Yes, one dollar.
I believe that the "cash back" goes to your account after you buy the ticket. I never really checked, I just now that when I did check, the cash back was there.
