Looking to party abroad during the 4th of July
So I took a great trip this year to Munich, Amsterdam, London and Paris and am looking to plan my next trip. I spent most of my vacation for the year on that trip so I want to travel over national Holidays so I can take just a day or two off and have a pretty good trip.
What I am looking for is some places to travel during early July for the 4th weekend that will be a nice climate and I want to party!!! Thinking either somewhere on the Mediterranean or South America somewhere. Cost is a concern and there will hopefully be 4 of us, 2 confirmed.
So any suggestions where to go during that time?

well, if your looking for a 4th of july theme party then i think your gonna be hard pressed to find one unless you stay back in the U.S.
Other wise if you just wanna go and generaly party your face off well then there are tons of options. I would say the wildest crazyass mediterreanean party that you can hit would be in Ibiza. Although its not cheap but if you werejus gonna go nuts for a few days I would say go here. Other good tropical places to hit I would suggest perhaps Greece. Ios is supposed to be pretty rowdy as well I dunno i have never been but you can google it and throwing mad shakers is what they are all about. I would think they might be a little cheaper than Ibiza
Cyprus is supposed to have a good party town in ayia napa but I think its alot less wild then the previous 2. Also with Ibiza and Ios those are whole islands that are kicking off where as ayia napa is just a city.
Another coastal Mediterreanian town is Tel Aviv in Isreal they are serious partiers there as well its just a little rowdy right now in ol Isreal so I dont know if you wanna put yourself in that. Personaly I would go right now but thats just me.
Any of those choices should have some huge over the top mind blowing benders for you to go on. There are lots of other places to party around the Med, but these are geneticaly engineered for partying
Have fun

Actually I think a lot of hostels would probably celebrate it. I know a guy who ran a hostel in Montenegro had a big ass barbeque and had a 20+ hr movie marathon of movies with America in the title.
American Beauty, Team America, American Werewolf in Paris etc.
I know the Generator in London had a pretty big party for Australia day which I think just passed right?

I was at a hostel where we celebrated Canada day. Our 4th of July celebration was a little more low key b/c the hostel owner got pissed off when we set fireworks off on Canada day. So yeah, at hostels you might be able to celebrate, but anywhere else, you can just generally party.

I've celebrated Canada Day regardless of where I was in the world... usually it consists of me drawing a large Canadian flag and singing the national anthem, completely hammered of course, occasionally swearing at the random people who said "oh, you mean british north america?"

Usually I can find enough Canadians anywhere in the world to celebrate Canada Day... I'm sure you'll find enough Americans to have a party and a little rowdiness.
