Slept overnight in a Starbucks
Had to do a night in Zurich airport. and if you happen to be in the same situation at any point I highly recommend the star bucks on the ground floor.
The airport is generally brilliant... just not for sleeping, and after much wandering I settled on the couches there..
Just thought I'd fill you in

haha awesome. I've often used starbucks as a refuge during the day on my travels, there aren't many cafes in europe that are happy for you to relax & read on the couch for an hour, use the bathrooms & leave without buying anything. yay capitalism.

Starbucks - not just for bricking!
There are very few commercial establishments where you can kill time without buying anything and not have them freak out on you - you gotta love them!

Wasnt it crazy the expensive stores in the Zurich airport!!! It felt like a highend shopping mall... Roxy and I had a nice 6 hr nap on some couches there ourselves.... And don't forget that the Starbucks icewater is filtered and FREE

Bravo MG, Bravo. It's keeping it at the level of a ghetto backpacker, yet still somewhat sophisticated and respectable.

God bless Starbucks.
During a 6 week climbing trip to The Chief in Squamish it started to rain...a lot. Rather than spend a depressing day confined to our tents, we decided to head into town and see what we could find to amuse ourselves. The result - 5 hours in the Squamish Starbucks playing cards and planning our next climbing adventures. We only bought 3 coffees between us. The staff never said a thing.
Starbucks - facilitating vagabonds since 1971.
