A New Business!

Well first of all, my apologies for my absence from the boards lately. I've been obviously keeping very busy with my new baby, Isabelle (who is doing great!) but I've also recently gone into business for myself. I am keeping my radio job of course--I worked way too hard to get it to NOT continue with it! But this new business is a work at home type deal and a really great opportunity for a new mom like myself. I can make my own hours, get great discount on products that I love and if I work really hard, I can make some awesome money and even earn a Mercedez Benz!

The company is called Arbonne and I have become an Independent Sales Consultant, similar to something like Avon. It is a high end skincare, make up and health and wellness company, all natural and botanically based and 100% vegan and never tested on animals. I have been using one of the skin care lines and my skin has never looked better and it's softer than I ever remember it being. And I am very lucky because there is not very many consultants in my part of Ontario yet, in fact, when I promote to District Manager, I will be the very first DM in my region of Ontario. I'm really excited about this new opportunity!! I am especially happy because it will give me so much more time at home with Izzy.

The other great thing is that I can sponsor people to become consultants and join my team from ANYWHERE in Canada, The US, Australia and the UK. So of course I wanted to let everyone here know about it and see if this is anything that would be interesting to anyone on the boards. If anyone has any questions, send me a PM!! Its a great feeling going into business for yourself, knowing that the amount of effort you put in determines what you get out of if and knowing that you can build a sound future for yourself. Being able to work around commitments is in my opinion one of the biggest reasons to start a part time home based business, get some skills - learn something new everyday and start making some cash from it, once you start getting some cash and covering the cost of your own product you can see how easy it is to make some extra income each and every week!
