Inspired by the other post, Potenially and Realistically?, I wanted to post a new topic to play the game of Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon.
It's related to the theory of "six degrees of separation," which is the theory that anyone on earth can be connected to any other person on the planet through a chain of acquaintances that has no more than five intermediaries.
So, how many degrees does it take to connect you to Kevin Bacon?
At the moment, I'm at 3 degrees. I'm friends with a relative of Reba McEntire, who starred with Kevin Bacon in the movie Tremors.
How many degrees separate you?

Hmmm... did a bit of research and I think the closest I can get is also 3 : I've worked with Donald Sutherland, whose son, Kiefer, shared the screen with him in "A Few Good Men"...

I think this puts me at four... my uncle's brother was in Clockers with Keith David and he (Keith David) was in Novacaine with Kevin Bacon.

Off the top of my head, the only celebrities I have had any contact with are U2 and then only sporatically; it`s not like I know them. I think it doesn`t work for me guys.

Yeah I'm at a 3 as well.
One of our family friends is an actress and has been in tv shows/movies that connect to mr. bacon.
She was featured in an episode of wolf lake with lou diamond phillips and he has the following connections with kevin bacon
Lou Diamond Phillips was in Courage Under Fire (1996) with Meg Ryan
Meg Ryan was in In the Cut (2003) with Kevin Bacon
Also she was in disturbing behaviour with Katie Holmes and an episode of the Lword with Jennifer Beals. Both of them have a level 2 with Kevin bacon. .

Don't know xanthuos, and I'd love to come to QC to meet you, Atchoum, though I have more than enough diapers at home to deal with! The only connection I can think of is that I once met John Travolta - does he have any connection with Kevin Bacon? I don't watch enough movies to know!

I saw Chad Michael Murray once at the airport, who was in A Cinderella Story with Hilary Duff, who was in Agent Cody Banks with Frankie Muniz, who was in My Dog Skip with Kevin Bacon.
That would put me at three, correct?
