Okay so yesterday was my dayoff and I decided to for once get off my lazy ass and go for a run. keep in mind that I haven't run in about a year. WHat came over me..I don't know! So I ran around this local trail that I live by. It's 2.7 km's and half of it is up hill. Oh my freakin goodness. I only stopped once and did it in pretty good time. Heck I thought mabye I'm in better shape than I thought. Well then I woke up today. And my legs holy shit they hurt so much. I went on a boat cruise today and I couldn't even walk up the stairs. oooucccchhhh..Does anyone run? If so give me some motivation. There are always these people running on the track and they aren't even breathing heavy. i want to get to that point!

The only reason I didn't stop more was because I pretended that I was in the amazing race and going for a million dollars. DId I mention how money hungry i was??

Nor is it at the top of mine, at this current juncture

I´m right there too, in that I´m fighting that inside battle to go up and running. Just too many things keep getting in the way (like that damn internet! )
It´s just a matter of work before you get to that level, Dio (running without breathing heavy). They say "Perfect practice, makes perfect." The good news is, is that you started. That seems to be the hardest part and it´s the beginning of your own personal Amazing race.

Keep going and in no time, you´ll be feeling like a million dollars !
