So i had an ANGEL READING done today it really hit points that this person couldn't know, i do believe in tarot cards and the higher power!

I think that there are spirts in this word that guide us, but my reading was really freaky cos there where too many coniciedences, things that she could tell me but she shouldn't kmow because she doesn;'t know me

Does anyone feel this?

My parents have really gotten into spirituality as of late. There is a NP spiritualist camp about an hour and a half from them that runs during the summer and my dad (predominately) will go out there frequently. I had a reading done last year and the guy hit a lot of things dead on. My dad had readings done frequently and they've highlighted a lot of stuff that ended up happening and there are a few things he's waiting to see if they do happen. Nothing drastic just things. Also, they touched on a lot of things from his past and have guided him through a lot.

ONE thing was that there's supposed to be a baby in the future, so my dad keeps telling Jake and I that ( ). I just keep saying "It's not gonna be us!!" If the little bastard can fight through my diligently used BC than more power to him. Otherwise, it's not us!

Call me a cynic but I don't believe. I think the stuff they say is vague and general so if you have a good enough imagination you can apply their predictions to anything that happens your life.

I think these people are just really good at reading body language and have a good idea of what people want to hear. I want to go to something like that some day though, should be good craic. It's entertainment more than anything.

The people we went to weren't so vague (not with everything). There were points where names and stuff came out, stuff that was specific that they'd have no idea. Obviously, when you go back to the same person mutiple times, they'll get to know you. I don't blame anyone for being cynical - hell, I'm still kind of cynical. But from my experience, it was definitely surreal.

I'm not a believer and lately it's been wierd 'cause my parents are so into it! My mom things I'm a freak for not believing in something but I told her, "Until I see it first hand..."

Anyways, I kinda agree with Oz. I mean just 'cause we don't have an explaination doesn't mean it's magic. That's my thoughts anyways.

I went to a psychic once and she actually knew quite a bit of stuff. Stuff that she would have no way of knowing; names, specific details etc. I think there are people with "the gift" but then I also think there are a lot of people who are just out to make a quick buck.

Anyway, I think it is a personal decision on whether or not you do believe. There will always be cynics, no matter what. I personally though, experienced something very good and real once upon a time.

Totally agree. I'd never call some 900 number to talk to a "psychic."
