Question Where the hell do I go for Easter??

Ok, so I am trying to find a place to go for Easter weekend with the fam. My sister will be coming in from Vegas (we went there last year), me from Florida, and my Mom from Michigan. Anywhere in the US or Central America would be cool, but it has to be cheap to get a flight there. Any ideas? I'm fresh out...

I second BigE... Charleston is a great place to go for Easter. It has okay weather, lovely places to go for a walk, history and a nice atomosphere.

That or NYC.

Cuba would be great - and it's a mere 70 miles away!

Seriously though, Puerto Rico is supposed to be pretty cool, too...

I once lived in Charleston, and an easter sunday there is a very pleasant comforting experience.

What about The Golden Isles off the Georgia coast. We have stayed on one of the smaller islands there, and it is very chill.

Costa Rica. LOVELY. U.S. Air usually has good rates there.

Go to that island that the Navy used to use as a bombing zone...Vieques, or something like that? Supposed to be pristine and gorgeous, with wonderful people.

Or, if you want to stay stateside, how about San Antonio? The Riverwalk is nice, and there are about 5 really cool Spanish missions -- the Alamo being about the least visually impressive. The others are great.

Semana Santa in Guatemala!!!

Or stateside, we've been getting AMAZING snow here in Colorado. The bigger resorts (Breckenridge, Telluride, Apsen...) usually have some sort of a celebration for holidays.
