im moving to san diego for a few months this july, my plans got a little altered because my brother will be in iraq until april, or so.

so im living in san diego until then, just hanging around.

does anyone have any experience living there, or just being there? im really excited to get there and hang around, but its always good to hear what you guys have to say... after all, t-punkers are quite the experienced individuals.

I had stopped in San Diego recently. Nice city. The weather and sceneery was nice and therer are a few hostels, so maybe by hanging in that area you can meet some fellow travelors. I had a buddy stationed there for a few years and he really liked it as well. Plus, it is just a short walk to get to Mexico.

Anyhow that's awesome. I'm sure you'll have a blast. I'm doing this in fast reply, so I can't put a cool link, but here's a thread discussing stuff to do in San Diego. http://www.travelpunk.com/boards/index.php...15&hl=san+diego

I remember my friend talking about like 10 different parks and camping and stuff all right outside the city.
