I have this new ferret and I need to name it. She is female and a little nuts...but then all ferrets seem to be.
Any suggestions?
It can't be any of these because those were used for previous pets:
Bug
Peanut
Cookie
Noodle
Mittens
Baby
Norman
Tiny

How bout Pita?
(had a cat I nearly renamed Pita once - pain in the ass)
Ferrets are great, but they're an awful lot like having a kitten with hands... they're slightly buggy and into everything!

Loca is good, but Chasing is right, the porn star is a great idea.

Loco is a cool one.
Here's some others:
Jinx
Mojo
Hobo
Perhaps you could use profanities pronounced in another language, that would be cool.

Females can definately be jinxes (especially when sailing the seven seas), which causes them to lose their mojo and live as hobos.....and go loco.
Not only do all the names i suggest relate to females, but they rhyme too!!

Coolest name ever. I call everything Bob. My roommate got a kitty from my parents and his name was Bob.
I love ferrets! I miss mine. They died. We're gonna get another one day soon as a baby so we can train it a bit better than our others. I never pick typical names for pets. I'm just not a "Snowflake" person. My pets names are/were:
Mindy (dog)
Lily (cat)
Sputnick (cat)
Zeus (fish)
Arella (ferret)
Randall & Dante (ferrets, prenamed)
Igor (future frenchy)
So, after all this, I can't be of help. I love picking pet names, but I'm always "inspired."

I names my short haird hamster Moo Shoo. Spelled incorrectly of course (I was 10).
I like London. I just think it'd be an awesome name. But for a dog. Male dog. Big male dog. Okay I want a lab named London...
Mia.
Just cause it's the first thing I could think of. Or! Morgause. Just cause I'm reading the once and future king now.
