Well last week we had an offer on our house with 2 conditions, the lady had to sell her house, and My house had to pass a home inspection.

Well she put her house on the market and it sold the next day!!

Now the home inspection of my house was a little more stressful, you seee its a 60 yr old house and needs a little work, nothing to serious but it does need some. New driveway, new front window...but at 60yrs old i was pretty worried they would find something I did not know about...but on Tuesday if this week the home inspector came through and everything was acceped by the women!!!! IT FINAL MY HOUSE IS SOLD!!!!!!

YEHA!!!! I am so happy!!!!

Congrats CD. Just went through the same thing back in Sept. My house was 84 years old, and had to pass the whole house inspection. I was sweating that, but it turned out well.

So CD, does that mean you are living in your car now? Or have you upgraded to a new home?

Thanks everyone, you have no idea how happy I am about this sale, we bought another house about 2 months ago, and I have been stressed about having 2 homes at the same time...now its only one :-)

Congratulations, bro! couldn´t you have rented it to cover the mortgage ? Most millionares have become so, simply by hanging on to their properties. Just an after thought.
