My freakin russian stepsister is a little BITCH. She just came down and yelled at me in front of a whole bunch of people because I wore her coat this morning to unlock my car. This is because my coat was in the trunk...Other than that I never touch her stuff. All she had to do was ask me to not touch her stuff in a nice way and it would have been fine. But she came and literally just started yelling at the top of her lungs and I think she may have called me a bitch. I told her that all she had to do was say it nicely and I would have taken her comments a little better. But she said she didn't have to talk nice if she didn't want to. I basically just told her she is going to have a very hard time making friends and living in Canada with an attitude like that, if that's how she speaks to people. Anyway. I'm done venting.

I hate to side with yer stepsister on this one, but you did borrow her stuff without asking...

Her reaction was completely over the top, but it wasn't entirely without reason...

(used to have the same problem with my sister borrowing my stuff, so I'm probably a bit biased on this topic)

I know your point Monsignor. I totally get it too. I just grew up in a house with siblings that shared and apparently she didn't. I have never set foot in her room or taken her things. This was a one time thing and it was totally a fluke because I didn't even know it was her coat. Anyway...bottom line is that she is a bitch. I know that is very immature, but I am a hot tempered, feisty chick and and I can't help but feel that way!

And yes, msutton, feel very sorry for the bloke that marries her. They will be in divorce court before long though. Unfortunately though, she is a beautiful girl and some poor ass will fall in love with her looks and not her personality. But he will see her for who she is at some point.

I may be a bit biased as my relationship with my step-sister was (truly) the stuff that nightmares are made of and books are written about.

my best friend...is my step brother. I really cant relate very well to your situation specifically. But i did grow up with 4 sibblings, and i know what its like to have someone overreact on you for something rediculous. The key is to stop the shit in the beginning, dont let her get away with it. The only thing that stops people from treating you like shit is you. If you dont let it happen, it wont.
Tell your step mom/dad to get their kid in line or theres gonna be problems.

I do believe the saying, which goes something like, we can't pick our family but thank god we can pick our friends!

True...the funny thing is I LOVE my FAMILY. Meaning my parents and my sister and two brothers. It's these wacky step aliens I could live without.

Just breathe and remember you'll be out of there before too long and then you'll only rarely have to deal with the bitch. God I hate women most of the time. So freakin petty. If you ever see her even look at something of yours, throw something at her. It won't be mature but it'll probably make you feel real good.

Wow that sucks! Yeah I grew up with a sister and while we are closer now we certainly were not while we living together. I think she will find it hard making friends in Canada and that will force a change...either that or she'll move back to Russia.
