WorldWideMike...Dude I bet you have the best stories from all of the places you have been, what you have seen in your life...you have been trek'n for so many years and you have seen so much!!! You remind me of Gil White who wrote my fav travel book that i mentioned in a forum yesturday and my highschool teacher who was my inspiration to travel. Your imput in the forums is always right on the money!!! Its great to have ya, and a sit down with you would be pretty sweet my friend!!!!

Hey CD, you're no slouch yourself! I'll bet you'll have me beat by the time you're 40. As for stories from my travels, why yes, I could bore the socks off you guys all day long, if you let me..! :D

That is the best thing about these boards, is the immediate, "Oh yeah, I was there...be sure to do X while you're there, or watch out for this..."

Hats off to TP for starting this site, and to those who have been with the site from the infancy for setting the light, friendly tone that is its hallmark. I have been on other forums where people seem to want to "one up" the others, or wouldn't want to admit they don't know something. Here, there is no shame attached, and if you can provide even a nugget of advice, it is gratefully welcomed and accepted.
