Well peoples, like i said i would, i have not had a smoke since May 31 (world no tobacco day), so that's week 1 of smoke free living. It has been surprisingly easy, until today. I have been in a terrible mood all day, it takes nothing for me to get snappy, and i have a dull headache that wont go away. So, in summing up - I need a cigarette!!!! It's so strange how it wasn't too much of a big deal until today, i think the fact that i had a bit of a cold until now may have something to do with it.

bah, stupid quitting!

Nicorette gum (or I suppose the patch, but never used that!) works wonders for those terrible cravings!!! I don't know if Jake could have quit without it. Don't give up!!!!!!
