so lets talk about our favorite smokes shall we?

I'm partial to the organic American Spirits (my Natrualpathic doctor told me that if i did smoke to smoke these)

And if I am feeling like something a little more smooth I will grab a pack of filtered lucky strikes. Can't go wrong with a lucky...* *

Thats okay, I should not be a dick. I'm sorry, Jaime. In my defense, however, I'm on my third dark and stormy, and since I'm running low on ginger beer, its mostly stormy... heheh :D

congrats on the quitting smoking guys. I know its tough. I quit january 2nd 2 1/2 years ago. I used the patch for 2 1/2 weeks (i used the ones with the steps). It was tough. the hardest part I found was what to do with my hands. I'm still a fidgiter. So keep it up. Besides I never knew how smokers smelled before.

GOOD LUCK YOU GUYS! It's a really tough habit to kick, I'm sure. I feel very lucky that I never got into it myself.

Just take it a day at a time though. And chew lots of gum.

smokes must be cheap where you live if you only saved $5 over here its more like £5 a pack think of how much buckeroo's you'd save then.

I dont mind smokers but id never kiss one ugh did it once wont be doing it again, its a minging habit which makes smokers and their clothes stink and most have bad breath while i have a few friends that smoke and i dont hold it against them the only time ive ever said something is if it gets blown in my face eeeee disgusting! :greenguy:

EDITED TO ADD:

CONGRATULATIONS GUYS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

thats how it all begins mate, first you are just having a bit of a smoke when you drink, then you buy the odd pack yourself on a night out, then you buy the odd pack even when you are not drinking, then you are a smoker.......and before you know it you are a heroin addict living on the streets, stop it now man, before its too late.

Ok, maybe not the heroin addict part

well im 28, and i have only bought 1 back in my life, about 5 or 6 years ago, and didnt smoke em.....i guess i am like TheJake...can smoke 5 packs in a night then not think of em for a year.....but the fact that they cost about $1 USD here will not help the cause....but honeslty, bumming a smoke, great, buying a pack, not so great

might not be a good idea to go out drinking for a couple week-ends travelguy. that's always what does someone in. when i went to parties and out drinking is where i was challenged the most. i'd got to the point where i was secretly scamming smokes from people's packs and planning to smoke them later. you never know what quiting smoking will do to you. but seriously, i realized that i had no control over not smoking when i was drinking and out with friends that smoked, so i just didn't go out for awhile. i just wanted to quit smoking so bad...and when that happens, you just do what it takes.

anyhow, good luck guys! and great job so far!

Dirty looks as in "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, GIVE ME ONE???"

Or will that change?
