My brother has called me scabbybones or scabs for short ever since I was little. He says its cuz when I was little I was a tomboy and always had scabs and bandaids on my legs... hence scabbybones...... a very attractive nickname lol

I'm an art geek. My favorite painting for years was Prosperine by Dante Gabriel Rosetti, so when I started using the internet, Proserpine became my name. Moreover, I'm a bit of a hopeless romantic and I always loved the myth of Persephone or Proserpine. I also like it because although many are aware of the greek myth surrounding Persephone (which I do think sounds much prettier), they aren't aware that her Roman counterpart is Proserpine - like Zeus and Jupiter. Did I mention I was a bit of a geek? The reason I like Pre-Raphaelite painting is that many of the paintings portray women with large hair and I have long, large, curly blonde hair. I know, silly. So, there ya go!
Proserpine

pinion is the first song on the "Broken" EP by Nine Inch Nails
its not really a song, just guitar rifts that get louder and louder till finally it just kicks off into the first song.
I'm not really sure why I picked that as my user name...but I've been using it on the net for like 3-4 years. Originally I used "Ruiner" (a song from "The Downward Spiral"), but after a while felt it was a bit...harsh.
and now you know! and knowing is half the battle

Tattoo of a honeybee on my back. A guy called me that when he first saw it, and it pretty much stuck as a screen name since then.

I'm thinking about taking that new chick from Logistics. If things go right I might be showing her my O-face. You know: Oh. Oh.
--classic movie...for anyone that doesn't know, I've just made your night-Go out and rent Office Space, a masterpiece of subtle and not so subtle humour.
Might actually change the name though, doesn't really say anything about me..I figure since I just signed up I can change it on the sly and no-one will even notice. Hmm, now I have to be creative, damn...
