yup, i was just browsing the wealth of information and stories on travelpunk when i found the TravelPunk Magic trick... and by god its genius, and then instead of going back to google, i just stayed on travelpunk, looked at the packing tips (the two barbies any one?) and then found the boards

So who else loves the Tpunk magic trick? (or the barbies? )

damn, that cool test was right on the money! Computers are just getting way too smart

I actually found the boards through google. Me and a mate were trying to come up with ideas for a cool website and we thought that a msg board for backpackers would be awsome. We decided we were gonna have reviews of hostels, travel tips, cool places to go, sights to see, and a heap more things. Then we decided to see if there was anything else like that on the net, found this place, it had everything we said plus a million more things, gave up on the idea of making my own and haven't left here since.

Hahahhaha i found this site last year while searching for college grants. i kind of glanced around, left and awhile later decided to research backpacking. never thought it'd be something I could do. kind of that "only other people can do cool things" mentality. I've always loved traveling though. now, in (see ticker), we outa here yo.

Oh thank you so much LFB! I honestly think you saved my sanity. I just kept doing it over and over.

I can't believe after all that I couldn't figure it out. Hoorah for the college student.

I actually found Travel Punk while I was looking for a North American equivelent to .... the gum tree.com ... I thought that web site was such a good idea and that there should be more of them.. maybe even one for Canadians... and TP was what I found.... more than a website.. it's a backpacking family... (single tear)
