i tried to get my quotes to change colors and its not doing it-------what do i need 2 do different...does it have to deal with what version isp u have or operating system? im running windows xp with a p4......when u give me advice try to be somewhat nice to me....... :D

Wong Name, Welcome to the boards!

Go to "My controls" on the top. Click on "Edit signatures" and you will be able to add a signature/quote that will appear underneath all of your postings. You can change it as much as you want.

To color, size, change font on anything( a single letter, word, paragraph, etc...) you have to FIRST HIGHLIGHT (whatever you want changed) with your mouse.

Example: let change the word - Travelpunk

highlight the whole word, then use the drop down button "color" and choose one- Travelpunk
you will see "tags at the beginning and end of the word.

now, highlight the same word with your mouse, again, and click on "size" and choose one- Travelpunk

Also, for anyone who hasn´t figured out how to use the quote thing. When writing a message and you want to quote someone: As you´re typing, you can scroll down to previous messages,

1.)highlight with your mouse anything that someone has previously typed
2.)copy it
3.)then go back up to the message that you were typing
4.)click "quote"
5.)paste whatever you just copied
6.)Then click "quote" again

It should look like this before you submit your post- [ QUOTE ] Travelpunk [ /QUOTE ]
