Just read on cnn.com that canadian airline Jetsgo is no longer in service. I'm not sure how that really affects those of you canadians. But if it does then that must suck. Especially since it's spring break for most of us college students.

On Friday, we were eating Breakfast at my sister in laws house and my wifes father called and told us Jetsgo had closed down...My wifes flight was on JetsGo to go home on the Sunday!!! I started working the phones and FINALLY got through to WestJet and got her seat on my flight back to Toronto. Whata pain in the ass!!!!! NOw I am dealing with VISA trying to get my $$$ back! That airline sucd anyway...I had flown with them before...they really needed a lessson in customer service.

Yeah Luckily for us University students we had our break in Feb... But!! yes it is march break and thousands are left with no vacation and a lot of money out of their pocket.

The part I hate most is that the company was taking money up until the night before the declared bankruptcy (wow it's 7am and I can't spell)

Never did like them anyways.. I never flew with them but heard they were horrible. Plane was always late.

17000 people we left without a plane to take them home on Friday morning.The company is going to have some major lawsuits on their hands with leaving in such a hurry.It does suck for college students in Canada(like me) who have March berak from 11-21.But what can you do?

banks aren't honoring the employees paycheques either.
if their file for bankrupcy is successful they can't be sued, as I understand it..
there's no way they didn't know what was going to happen though before the day they pulled the plug..
it's totally disgusting.

Westjet stocks saw some crazy trading on thursday,day befor jet's go goes under,with almost 600000 more sticks being bought up right befor the day closed.I think this smells a little fishy

and someone is going to be making some lines into this happenings.I think westjet has got a hand in putting jet's go under and someone is cashing in on it now
