OK so today I went to Barnes and Noble to get a book for my trip. As I'm looking around, there is a woman w/a BUNCH of Rick Steves, Lets Go and Lonely Planets in front of her for Europe and she is talking about cost per day to someone on the phone. So I come over and ask her if she is going backpacking and she says she is and she is leaving next wednesday! I'm going to London on Monday and going into Paris on Thursday where she is flying into and staying for a week! So we start talking about our plans (and how we both still havent found a hostel we like in Paris) and so we exchanged e-mails and are going to try to meet when we are there! Also, after Paris, she is going up to Amsterdam and I think she'll be there about the time I will. How cool is that!?!?
