2 night stopover in Bangkok then to London (arrive Mar 19th) Feel my way round London and UK. Travel thru Belgium, Netherlands and Germany up to Copenhagen for Contiki tour of Scandi (end Copenhagen June 5th) Head down to Spain and Portugal for running of bulls. Then Central/Eastern EU and back to Munich for Oktoberfest.

Good luck on the customs!
Thanks to my roommate's habit of making countdowns for everything I just realized that in 14 days, AT THIS TIME I will be disembarking in Gatwick!

urozm8, make sure you can prove that you have enough money to support youreslf and to cover a return ticket home.
I've heard that UK customs can be tough on people coming in to the country - allthe best with it.

Yeah Ill definitely have a copy of my bank statement as backup.
Phlip - you'll be there only a few days before I arrive. Ill be at 'The Generator' for a few nights from the 20th of March, after that Im not sure.
ozpacka RE: Germany to Copenhagen. I think Ill be travelling by land as opposed to ferry (Kiel - Bagenkop or Puttgarden - Rodbyhavn). From Hamburg Im assuming. The reason as I have my eye on a couple of things. Possible visits to 'Ribe' an old town (oldest in Denmark) and 'Legoland' (not sure about this one yet) on Jutland. There is also 'Arhus' a bit North, which my LP tells me is a lively university town. You know how Scandinavia is full of tall blue eyes blondes? Well how could I pass up the opportunity to mix it and party with some of the students from Arhus?!
Across to Odense.
Having said all that Scandi is an expensive place to travel...
