Cool story, Zylah! Still not sure how he found time to "work" and still see all those places.
See TPers, there is an example of how to take over the "Travel God" status from wwm! And here I am at a measley 52 at age 41...

actually it is, just like scotland & ireland & northern ireland. You don't get your passport stamped when you go there, though.

thx for the link! what a lucky lucky guy..how cool is that. But how in the world did he pay for that! and 40 passports wow..Too bad the guy didn't start a travelogue of his travels...wouldn't that be fascinating to read. yep zylah i hear ya..i got loads to go too..12 down..too many to go. Though I only count it if I actually spent one night in the country..austria and nicaragua don;t count! grr.

Yeah, I know including Wales, Scotland, et al, is a bit of gray area. However, don't try to tell a Scotsman that!

so you think it only counts if you spend a night ?!
Guess i can't count Belgium (5 minutes at the border with Germany and Netherlands), Germany (1 day, no night) or Singapore (6 hour layover between flights - althouh it WAS at night time ).
