It is amazing how time moves when you have something to look forward to.

Sometimes trips are better when you don't plan very much, don't stress too much!

I'm leaving in 2 months and 15 days !!!!!

I'm in pretty much the same boat as you. I've booked my flights and tour but I've still got a heap of stuff to organize. Bank accounts, credit cards and my passport. Not to mention what I'm going to do with myself for all of June around Europe.

It's terrifying to think how quickly the time will go.

I know!! I'm calling Travel Agents, and so far the best deal I got was with Air Europa for $1208 (tax included): Buenos Aires-Madrid / Paris-Madrid / Madrid-Buenos Aires.

Now, has anyone even heard of Air Europa?

If you're unsure about the airline go to a travel agency that has a price match guarantee and get them to match it with a different (better) airline. Some friends of mine did that.

I know exactly how you feel! I'm leaving on my trip in about five weeks, and I've got very little done aside from buying my ticket!

I really need to get motivated...

Florencia I know we talked about this before but I can't remember. What is your itinerary? I will be there at the same time.

Awesome! I'm sure Europe will be a blast. :D

I'm off on the next adventure in um...56 days? Less than two months, and I don't even know what it involves yet at this point.

That seems like a lot, Air Europa, nope, don't know much. I know how you feel though. Time comes up fast. Wish I was only 2 months away.

Where you going in France and Italy?

Hahaha, i remember sitting in a pub in Buenos Aires with you discussing this trip of yours, which was really more of an idea than anything. And now you're almost there!!! Don't stress too much about things, just make sure you get flights, passport, travel insurance, money, and clean underwear, everything else will fall into place.

Have fun mate!!

That's a great question.. hehe, those are the coundtries I did the least research on. In Italy I'm definitely going to Rome. I was hinking about going to Florence and Venice, the thing is that I've already been to both and I would love to see some new places as well. So a friend of mine recommended that I do Siena instead of Florence. Any opinions or ideas on places between Rome and the Alps? For some reason I'm not too interested in Milan... any thoughts on Geneva?

LFB: I know!!! I'm soooooo

I've heard that Genova is a nice mediterranian city, you could also check out Torino. Since the Olympics were there, the city really came to life.

Another good option would be to leave Rome, hit San Marino on the way to Venice. I freakin love Italy. Can't wait to make it back there soon.

Are you going to the south of France?

My wife will tell you that Nice is her favorite place on the entire planet currently. Its a tough call between Genovo and Nice. I think I would also choose Nice. But thats just us

I put it all off (well minus the biggies which i did WAY in advance: plane, train and passport) until the week before my trip and then I was like lightning! There was SO much to do!! But the excitement really didnt come until the airport. Man what a good time. Good luck flo! I'm so jealous of how *relatively* soon your trip is....mine wont be until sometime in the fall and I'm DYING for it...

yeah, all I do is buy the plane ticket and then like the day before I throw all my stuff in a backpack and go to sleep.

Planning? Logistics? These words mean nothing to the jake...

LOL, those words mean a lot to me considering everything to me is multiplied by FOUR!!!!

It is insanely expensive for me, so a lot of things i just can't "wing them".
