Hard to say really. Never been to Ireland so I am no help there I'm afraid. Of the 3 places mentioned London is the biggest and may be the best source of work, on the other hand London is very expensive. Scotland has some nice countryside although I've not been there for years Edinburgh is a city worth seeing.

I vote London. Its a great place to start. You can move later on if you find something better. Also, there are some great places in England you could work, that are a bit cheaper as well. What work will you be doing?
I was watching the news last night and they mentioned that Ireland has been hit harder by the recession, obviously im not 100% sure because im not there.

I voted London since I have never been to the other two. But I"m sure they're lovely. But London is a global city.
