SO, in less than 2 weeks Im on plain to Amsterdam.

No real Itinerary. A one month unlimited rail pass.

All I have is a list of cities and 3000 dollars.

Cities:
Amsterdam ( of course)
Paris (no brainer)
Barcelona ( I speak Texican fairly well)
Nice (hell why not)
Florence (mmmhh pizza agggh!)
Venice (thats amore!)
Munich (mmmhh BEER aggh!)
Prague (hopefully with time)

and reccomendations or companions for a beer or whatever.
Holla at you boy! (I dont speak like that)

Make sure you make a few day stop in Munich towards the end of September, the 17th- Oct 1st and enjoy Oktoberfest. it is by far one of the best festivals you will ever go to in the world.

they have beer tents that hold 8k people and everyone is friendly and having a good time. the term for 'cheers' in Germany is 'Prost' (spelling). you will not be disappointed with the time you spend there.

make sure you get there early so you get a place to sit. it fills up fast and stays crowded all night long until they close at midnight.

there is a nice hostel by the central rail and sub way station. it is called Hotel Rosen Garten and right but the central market and big cathedral.
