Need advice on the best place to get the best herb at a decent price. I want to smoke weed with so many colors that there will be a pot of gold and a lepracon sitting at the table with me.

I would stay out of the tourist areas then.. They charge much higher prices. Ask a local where a good place is. Anywhere within the city is gonna be $$$..

British Columbia, while lacking a red light district and legendary status, actually has more lenient pot rules. Or so me mate tells me.

I don't know if it's more lenient (you can't technically sell out of a storefront), but damn, I think the Pacific Northwest stuff gives Dutch herb a run for its money in terms of potency...

i imagian its the same way as jamacia. (my roommate is jamacian) its not the quality but the quantiy. its very cheap if you know where to go.
if you want to get fucked up i would recomend hash as well
