Im in Valencia right now, bored shitless, and i decided id like to go see some more beaches nearer Barcelona.
Can anyone suggest a nice small bach town in that area?
And maybe accom?

Sitges is probably the most famous and resort-y, but also crazy expensive...
I really liked the mellow vibe on the beach at Tarragona, as well as the great history in the old town. Walk around inside the old city walls for a while, have a good lunch at one of the many restaurants in the Plaça, then walk down past the old gladiatorial coloseum to the beach and take in the relaxed atmosphere (and the kids selling DIRT cheap cockatils at the stands!)
