So I'm thinking of taking a trip to Newquay with my hot aussie James. .. hear this is a killer surf town but of course I really have no clue. Anyone been there or know someone who has? worth my hard earned Cash to go?

Newquey is a gorgeous place! I really love that place. The waves aren't nearly as big as the ones in oz. but people still surf on them. but, just be prepared for the cold sea!!!

Molson, My friend just got back from there...did a bit of diving and surfing, and I guess its all relative. Here in Cali our waters are cold...so he said the water there was warm...everyone else was in 3mm suits, but he was out in his jams! First place I plan to hit after London...should be good...Let me know if you go and what you think of the surf!

I went to Newquay and it was a really wonderful trip. We rented a car and drove all around the coast and camped and stayed in bread and breakfasts. I went in April and it was a little chilly, but now it is probably nice. Land's End and St. Ives are also worth visiting while there.

All of Cornwall is cool, Molson Girl. Be sure to do some hiking while you're there. You know...you and your man find a little secluded cove...with the sound of the waves crashing in on the rocks...the crisp, salty air...the cries of the gulls...the cries of Molson Girl...

Haha, well as of right now the trip is postponed. I'm working too much but I am trying to find somewhere to go with a beach and possibly some surf for a week before I head home
