Does anyone know how the Euro has affected the prices of things like hostels, hotels, restaurants, etc... in Western Europe (like France, Amsterdam, Italy, ther countries)?

I know that Spain has gotten more expensive over the last two years. Everything from electronics, food, clothes, and the real estate was astronomical high !

Whats the word?

Hi,

I'm from Belgium and there hasn't been a noticeable price raise since the Euro.
I don't believe this is different in other countries in Europe.

Keep in mind that first article's a year old, don't know about the second one. The Euro is now worth over a US dollar.

Actually, I found Berlin, for example, surprisingly cheap. I got a nice thin sweater for 8 Euros that I wore for half my trip!
