Flamingo's Krakow
Possibly the most centrally located hostel in Europe. Great breakfasts included. The one downer was the showers (shared) which can run out of hot water quickly. The staff is super helpful (and even suggested if the water runs out again that I can shower in another room) and there is a great Polish restaurant nearby.
Book here

It seems you can't find a bad hostel in Krakow.
I loved Tutti Frutti which is also ridiculously well located.

You'll love it. It was my favorite place I stayed.
Free washing machines, great staff, kebabs and beer both near by. I'm getting nostalgic just thinking about it.
